Catalonia Gran Vía Madrid

The staff were amazing, they went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. As we were entering busy season, this was quite difficult, but they were always gracious, lovely and eager to help. The breakfast spread was great and varied, the location is excellent, room service was quick, as was cleaning, and the beds were very comfortable.

With the amount of people the single elevator caused some traffic quite a few times. They were also doing some renovating which led to a bit more noise in the hallways this second time around.

El hotel es básico… las piezas son antiguas… estaban remodelando y sonaba todo… el aire de l habitación sonaba muchísimo

Estaba de obras, la limpiadora entró aunque tenía puesto en la puerta que no se entrara

Only the location.

Quite outdated hotel. Not very clean, even hotel guests, all hotel trash bins and construction staff are all using the same elevatot from the hotel lobby. While we had a tea in the lobby, we saw a grasshopper right next to us. So dissappointing. Very bad shower maintance too. Not safe as well, anyone can easily come to hotel and just go whatever they want. Overally so upset about the hotel.
