Gabriel, sin duda alguna es la mejor persona de todo el hotel, si no llega a ser por él no volvería ni loco.

Tardaron como 4 horas en tenernos lista la habitación, excusas continuas, hasta que mi pareja no se acerco de forma “farruca” no reaccionaron. Un maltrato increible

An absolutely unacceptable experience in what is supposed to be a 4-star hotel. From the very first night, we were woken up extremely early by extremely loud construction noise, to the point where it felt like drilling was happening directly beneath our room. No prior notice had been given, despite it later becoming clear that the hotel was undergoing major renovations (including elevators, the roof, and entire sections of the property being closed). The handling of the situation by staff was just as disappointing as the noise itself. When we contacted reception, the issue was flatly denied despite the obvious and ongoing disturbances throughout the hotel. The front desk showed a closed, dismissive attitude and very little willingness to resolve the situation. The behavior of the front desk manager was particularly unacceptable: rude, unhelpful, and during a call from our room, she even hung up on us while we were trying to raise a legitimate complaint. Most seriously, Booking.com had sent a written confirmation of an agreement with the hotel to refund the first night for both of our rooms. Despite this written confirmation, the hotel later denied it ever existed and claimed it must have been an error, effectively dismissing a formal written commitment. When we raised the issue again in person, the hotel once again denied the agreement without any coherent explanation or accountability. The manager never returned our calls despite repeated requests. She had a very rude attitude. The only “solution” offered was a room change for the second night, which turned out to be a downgrade to a lower room category, without any compensation for the price difference. In summary: lack of transparency, denial of written commitments, extremely poor customer service, and shockingly unprofessional behavior from front desk staff. A deeply disappointing experience that we cannot recommend under any circumstances.
