La ubicación, cercano a metro Callao y Gran Vía, a pasos de la calle principal muy buena ubicación, habitación cómoda.

1.- Muy ruidoso, se escuchan los pasos o golpes de los otras habitaciones 2.- Ruidoso por el ruido de los bares que hay en la misma calle del hostal, se escuchaba la musica de los bares y la gente hablando o gritando 3.- Para el precio que vale una noche encuentro que no se justifica que no tenga en la habitación un secador de pelo propio, si bien es un hostal, el valor noche es muy alto para no tener un secador de pelo en cada habitación y un minibar,, el cual debes bajar a recepción a solicitarlo cada vez que lo necesites. 4.- si bien el personal fue amable, al llegar tan pocos no nos indicador o señalaron las instalaciones del hostal

La recepcionista muy amable

Tiene mal olor la habitación, la cama muy incomoda, a las .23.15 hrs en la habitación de al lado abrieron la ducha y comenzó a sonar algo muy fuerte que no dejaba dormir, se escucha la conversación de otras habitaciones, el ruido de la calle, no lo recomiendo!

¡El Hostal Ballesta fue una tremenda sorpresa! Es una opción ideal: la habitación es amplia, el baño está impecable, cuenta con ascensor y las instalaciones son maravillosas. Además, la atención del personal es un 10 de 10. Tienen espacios comunes para uso de los huéspedes con microondas, refrigerador y máquina de café, lo cual nos ayudó muchísimo. Lo mejor es que está a solo una cuadra de la Gran Vía, lo que hace que el lugar sea muy tranquilo pero céntrico.

¡Todo impecable! No tengo ninguna queja ni nada que no me gustara. Al contrario creo que es una gran opción para viajar tanto solo como en familia.
