Great food options.

Did not feel it was four star

Hotel is nice but not 4 star. It is expensive for what you get. Awful experience at checking in with the receptionist. Our room was fine with a small balcony looking out onto 2 building sites. I didn’t mind the view so much as the noise which started very early in the morning, I think if we had been pre warned it would have been better. The breakfast was really good with a good choice. I only went to dinner once. I found the quality of the food awful. The bar staff are very pleasant and under quite a lot of stress with the wristband system I do feel sorry for them but the queues for drinks is terrible easily up to 10 to 15 people at a time. After 2 nights we stayed away from the hotel for the evenings. Crazy to pay for a kettle in the room. Location was great but won’t be staying again. Please give customer service training to your receptionists they are so unhelpful.

Didn’t like the room given, ordered a double give a twin, pool view no way give a view of a building site then was asked for 50 euros extra to change to the room requested. Faff on with bracelets for paying, never had to queue at a gate to get into pool and subbed area before and not open till 10am. Money bracelets act as door keys also and forever not working, back to reception to reload. Only one receptionist on duty so checkin very slow especially when your following a bus load in.

Most people staying at the hotel looked 50 and over so it was nice and quiet with no gangs of kids or hen parties. The place always looked clean, smelled fresh and had reception 24 hours, also lemon or cucumber water on the reception desk for free.The rooms were nice with a balcony, 2 chairs and small table. Nice shower room.There is also a safe you can hire. We went self catering and were given a blue band that reception could add money too for the bar as they don't take cash. The pool is nice goes up to 5ft at the deep end. Lots of beds around the pool and on the grass behind but limited umbrellas. There is a large seating area by the bar with tables and chairs you can order small snacks along with your drinks. Also a large canopy area where you can chill or have a nap. There is a gym and small hot tub and next to them there is a door that leads to the main part of the marina, local supermarket, bars, restaurants and if you follow left or right it will take you over to more shops and the beach's. The only problem we had was the maid did not close our room door properly twice after cleaning during our 10 night stay. Nothing was taken but we were upset about it. The manager was nice and dealt with the problem himself. From malaga airport we ordered an uber and it cost around $23 for the 20 minute ride or you can take a train €3 and then a taxi. We didnt dine there so dont know what the meals were like but there was usually a que at the bar due to only 1 or 2 staff serving.

Hôtel sympathique et confortable. Un bémol cependant : piscine beaucoup trop petite et peu accueillante.

Facilities are relatively basic. Missing some touches. There is a kettle but no coffee or tea etc. Beach towels. Gym location is not too attractive

We paid all inclusive and it clearly was not all inclusive with lots of hidden payments , upgrade drinks, safe hire, water was not in rooms, restricted bar times and entertainment was total rubbish !!! It looks great on the advert but when you get there it’s average at best ! The hotel can’t cope with large numbers and are rude to guests a lot of the time wouldn’t waste your money on all inclusive it’s a con !

Close to all amenities. Staff very friendly Pool closes early . No kettle in room .

Very enjoyable stay here. Room was compact,but well designed. Comfortable bed, good wifi, good shower. Small balcony with sun for a couple of hours, other rooms probably better for sunshine. Helpful friendly staff at reception and elsewhere. Medium sized pool, water a little cool but enjoyable. Breakfast was good. 5 minute walk to beach. So much choice for food and drinks closeby. Look out for all the irish bars, sometimes side by side.
