"Very nice hotel"

We had a room on the 4th floor so the view was stunning. The breakfast was very nice. The room was a good size with a very comfortable bed, the bathroom and shower was very good. Good features in room like hairdryer, iron, ironing board, safe and tea making facilities

We were disappointed that the pool bar had been taken away as used to really enjoy sitting there having a drink admiring the view especially after a swim. Aldo there is current work being carried out on the grounds but no prior warning

Gute Aussicht

Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich und nicht gastfreundlich. Wir mussten den Booking-Support anrufen, um unser bezahltes Zimmer zu bekommen, weil sie uns erstmal abgewimmelt hat. Sowas habe ich bisher in keinem Hotel erlebt, nichtmal in einer billigen Absteige. Durch diesen Prozess haben wir eine Stunde in der Lobby verloren. Das Hotel gibt sich hochpreisig, aber bekommt einfache Dinge nicht hin, wie z.b. die Eingangssituation: Zuerst stinkt es beim Betreten des Haupteingangs extrem nach Weichmachern, dann muss man erstmal ewig nach der Rezeption suchen, weil sie einen Stock höher ist. Mehrere Hotelgäste liefen verwirrt durch die Gegend und fragten mich, ob ich wüsste wo die Rezeption sei.

1 seul ascenseur et pas rapide . Ca bouchonne. Bar pas très cosy à l intérieur et personne à l extérieur pour boire un verre en terrasse
