"BEAUTIFUL LOCATION"

6.0

the staff at the hotel were polite, the breakfast very good and thoughtful. I had a single room with no window to the outside and I found that a bit of a chore, would be worth enquiring whether your room does have a window. There were a lot of visitors over the time I was there, and sometimes it got a bit noisy. However, overall it was fine for my purposes and for the money I had to spend on it.

The breakfast was very poor. The location of the hotel good. Room clean and big. But we could hear all the sounds from the next rooms. The biggest minus- there is no windows in the room.

"Great value, great location"

8.0

This is a very reasonably priced, clean, and conveniently located hotel -- right near the bus station (if you're doing a day trip to Cordoba), 10 minute walk to the cathedral and many other sites, 3 minute walk to the main art museum. The a/c in the room works great -- and you need it since Seville can get hot. Only problem is the wifi doesn't really work. Not sure why, but over 5 days it never improved. The connection worked, but web pages didn't load pretty much 90% of the time. There was a cafe down the block with free wifi though. No elevator either, and steep stairs. Not a problem for me, but might be for others if you end up with a room on the top floor.

"Plenty of character here."

8.0

We stayed here for 1 night to see the sights of Seville. It is in a great location in the old town. The old streets a little like a maze, but the reception supplied us with a street map and help. The rooms are clean and small, most only with an internal window onto the stair well, but you only sleep and shower here! Shower good and wi fi now available throughout the property. Breakfast has enough variety on the self service to set you up. Very close, 500, metres to the bus station. Great locale for tapas bars and restaurants , a 15 walk to the cathedral area.

Good location near to bus station and centre. Single room good enough for price. Good breakfast for hotel of this size. Noisy in the morning. Overall good value.

"Good location, walking distance to everything."

8.0

Overall, it does the trick. The only down side was that there was only one electric outlet, which can be a challenge when it comes to recharging phones, cameras etc..But it's a great location. The place is quite charming, with a great roof top patio.

"Nice location for your walking trips"

6.0

Beautiful city, so much to see around this hotel. However, the rooms are too old, badly designed. The power outlet in our room did not work and the toilette was unusable due to no room for your legs at all. Luckily, we could use the toilette in the next room where our friends were.

Nice location. No Wi-Fi working in all the rooms except in the lobby. What a mess and not very happy for that. I won't stay there anymore.

"Extremely Rude Staff"

2.0

My family and I arrived around 5am to store our luggage. Unfortunately, the front desk person made us feel very unwelcome. His attitude reflected that he thought we were stupid and taking up too much of his time. He felt the need to huff as we asked for more time to assemble our luggage. He continually interrupted my parents as they asked him questions. We are unsure why this happened, but it may be because my parents speak English with a heavy accent and only know a few phrases in Spanish. This was our first impression of Spain, and it was very disappointing. We have traveled to many countries and stayed in many hostels, but have never been treated this horribly before! Also, we are suspicious they blacklisted us. At the 2pm check-in time, we asked for a room with Wifi access (only in rooms on bottom two levels), but were given a room on the highest floor. Later, my father walked down and saw a family of 4 moving into a room on the first floor. While it may be the case that the previous occupants of this room stayed past the check-out time, we are extremely suspicious they may have blacklisted us based on their treatment toward my parents earlier in the day.
