Un desastre de hotel No limpian las habitaciones Pésima atención si reservas con booking Mal ambiente y poco controlado En fin , íbamos a descansar y ha sido la peor experiencia y el peor trato Recibido nunca.

Pésima atención al clientes. Habiendo reservado la suite la más cara , impresentables no nos dejaron meter el coche en el parking, además de ser eléctrico y estar sin batería, teniendo surtidores libres, diciéndonos que habíamos reservado con booking y no con ellos directamente. Por eso no teníamos posibilidad de dejarlo. Impresionante. Indignante y denunciable. Y encima teniendo la mejor suite , la más cara del hotel. Esto no se puede aceptar. Por eso nos hemos ido al día siguiente a otro hotel Meliá. Veníamos a jugar al golf y el coche sin batería y con los palos dentro, ha dormido en la calle. Es la primera vez que nos ha pasado en la vida.
