Logis Hôtel du Haut-Bugey

The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the room was a good size. The rooms were cleaned well daily.

The breakfast choice was very limited, and not value for money. The coffee from the machine was not good. We had daily issues with our access cards not working to access the lift, and the staff seemed annoyed when we asked for help.

La chambre et la douche étaient très bien

L’établissement nous a fait payé 2 fois le prix de notre réservation Booking et ce n’est pas normal.

L’accueil du personnel la propreté des chambres et le service donner au client le parking sous terrain qui donne accès a l’hôtel directement et le parking à l’extérieur il n’y a pas de problème pour se garer vraiment je n’ai rien a dire j’ai passer un séjour parfait avec ma famille et nous recommandons fortement cette hotel merci au personnel je reviendrai a l’occasion
