The location

On arrival we were shown to a seperate cottage from the main house and when I questioned this the reception staff told me it was the cheapest accommodation. The bathroom was antiquated, the toilet door difficult to open and close, no fan ventilation for shower and toilet and a constant buzzing sound through the night which kept us awake. There was a power failure which meant we had to change rooms. This being to another seperate cottage behind the restaurant. Booking.com had quoted the price for breakfast as 28 euro each but it turned out that it was 32 euro. Dinner was quoted at 70 euro per person which was charged at 90 euro per person. When queried we were told that we had to accept the increased rates. Furthermore, I was informed that we had three breakfasts when we only stayed two nights. I wouldn’t recommend this accommodation because it does not represent value for money and too expensive for the quality of the accomodation provided.

This was one of the most beautiful and memorable experiences of my life. I can’t believe how truly Perfect our stay was. The breakfast was incredible. The food was delicious and the presentation Devine!!

What a wonderful place. So peaceful and serene. The grounds were beautiful and the staff were so wonderful and friendly. The atmosphere was terrific and the food was amazing. So glad we stayed here.

Location and restaurant were perfect. Swimming pool was nice.

The Framboise room was next to the kitchen storage, so noisy in the morning. The swimming pool area could have been improved by some ambient music and waiter service.

Hotel is very outdated. We came since we were interested in dining in the restaurant, but only found out a few day before it will now be open the night we arrive. Would not chose the hotel or recommend it if not dining in. Also, would expect a much dated look. It really feels run down. We came back from town at 8:00. Kitchen was closed and nothing to offer next to the coffee which I would expect from that kind of hotel to offer minimal snacks to accommodate guests that arrive late or still hungry since it’s not a walking distance of anything that might offer that service. Staff was very friendly and unfortunately this is the only thing I can say positive. About this stay. Reminded us of hotels we stayed in 30 years ago while visiting France.

Very nice interior design. Super friendly Staff. Amazing breakfast. Got a little Gift because it was my birthday.

A Little Bit pricey, but worth the money.

Beautiful property in a beautiful location. Bed so cozy, bath and shower amazing, Staff so so friendly - we will for sure be back.
