The staff were amazing and extremely helpful, especially the reception staff and the house keeping staff who were extremely kind when the kids were not well one day

The staff are among the best I've ever seen, quality customer service , like the old days...delighted to see it still exists. Upon arrival the night clerk gave us a snack as it was very late and everywhere was closed. Our room was immaculate and cleaned regularly ( simply because we mentioned prior to arriving that our child had allergies). I cannot commend the staff enough. This was our second visit to this hotel and we will definitely be going back there. The facilities are excellent, 2 super pools and its also in a great location ( 5 minutes walk from Antibes train station )

היינו שתי משפחות גדולות (11 אנשים), שהינו ב 3 דירות של 4 אנשים. הדירה היתה קטנה יחסית, הבריכה מעולה ונקייה עם נוף מרהיב. היתי מעדיפה שיהיה שירות חדרים יומי והחלפת מגבות יומית. המקום מאוד שקט ונוח, ואם אחסור לאיזור הזה היתי חוזרת אבל לדירה של שני חדרים. אבזור המטבח היה נקי ונוח לשימוש. האזור מתאים לטיול ״כוכב״ כך שהוא קרוב לכל האטרקציות באזור. צוות הקבלה מאוד נחמד, ולא היתה להם שום בעיה להמליץ לנו על מקומות מיוחדים.

Lovely swimming pools, good location for transport and easy walk to town

Really good for the price. Awesome rooftop pool. Clean and functional rooms, nice balcony. The room was a bit worn in places, but clean and pleasant. We did have a problem with the refrigerator. It was very slow and the freezer didn’t work. We were told it was a new fridge and was working properly, but after two days they finally replaced it. I wish I didn’t have to ask three times to get some satisfaction — it’s stressful to have to complain. Otherwise it’s a good place with a pleasant and attentive staff for the most part. Nice bakery and grocery nearby. A ways from the beach, so be sure you take a good look at the map. Thanks for an affordable and pleasant stay, Residea

Room was reasonably clean. We only stayed a week but our bedding was not changed and towels were only changed on the day before we left. On our last day we had to strip our own beds then take the bedding and towels down to reception. I felt a little bit embarrassed taking my dirty washing through a public area with everyone watching us. Staff were helpful. There was no one at the bar and we were not allowed to take our own beverages into the bar area. We used the coffee machine; paid for a coffee then they switched the machine off. There are building works on each side of the property. Good location for trains, buses and the theatre which is next door. Two pools which were clean and not overcrowded. Good views from the roof pool area. WIFI was only accessible near reception or bar area and we had to keep asking for new passwords. The location of the safe is difficult to access.

This small apartment was so basic. The smell in the room was horrendous, pipes and other tubes made the room smell like a toilet all the time. The tab was liking every time you opened it, wifi was terrible, not reliable or fast. You need to do all your own cleaning, even taking rubbish out and clean the whole apartment before you leave or they charge you 200 euros. not enough towels or pillows. not coming back.

Rat in patio. Horrible experience, no service provide what was in agreement, No clean room when we arrived. Rude staff. I never beck to this hotel. No safety in swimming pool area. No lights. Swimming pool was open to 23 but no light and no lifeguard.
