Hôtel Mademoiselle

Lovely stay overall. Room was nice and spacious and cleaned well throughout our stay. The decor was cute but also chic. The location is just terrific and so well connected to trains, buses, and even e-bikes. The short walk to the beach made it so easy to take a quick dip before heading out to explore other areas for the rest of our stay. The female staff at the reception was very sweet and helpful. Some of the other reviews mentioned issues with noise and we were worried about that, but thankfully that proved to not come up at all for us. It's the most happening street in Juan le Pin, but the noise from outside was definitely muted and I'm wondering if that was because we went in September or if the hotel has installed new windows. Either way, there was no problem at all and we had the best sleep the whole time! They provided fresh water bottles in the room every day and we really appreciated that. Room has a minifridge for guest to stock their own things, and with grocery stores right up the street, that was perfect. Plenty of storage space in the room too. I would stay here again and recommend it to others too.

Minor concerns: The hotel can/should also do more for the internal acoustics as well because sometimes you can hear a baby crying or dog barking from down the hall. The pool was mostly in the shade during our stay, but perhaps that's nice during the especially hot days. While the water pressure and heating was perfect in our shower, there was no glass or curtain to stop the water from spilling out. That definitely needs to be fixed, and I hope that's just the case for the room we stayed in. The AC in the room was clearly struggling. It wasn't so hot outside anyway so not the biggest concern for us, but did make me wonder about peak summer temperatures and experience.

Perfectly positioned for us as we spent some days visiting other resorts by train and the station was 5 min walk, the shops restaurants and beach were also minutes away.

Un vrai petit bijou à Juan-les-Pins. Hôtel à taille humaine, plein de charme avec une atmosphère conviviale qui fait qu’on se sent immédiatement comme à la maison. Le service est impeccable, le personnel toujours souriant et disponible. Terrasse magnifique avec sa petite piscine, idéale pour se détendre après une journée au cœur des rues les plus animées. Et cerise sur le gâteau, la présence d’un petit chat et d’un petit chien adorables qui rendent le lieu encore plus attachant. Une adresse chaleureuse que je recommande les yeux fermés !
