Un hotel hermoso en la mejor ubicación de niza. Servicio, instalaciones, personal, desayuno, habitaciones y todo excelente!! Y ese jardin que tienen con unas plantas hermosas para desayunar hace la diferencia.

al momento del check-in c'erano due receptionist che non parlavano italiano, per una struttura quattro stelle ai confini con l'Italia mi sembra una cosa alquanto penalizzante.

The breakfast and back garden were nice. Most of the staff was quite good.

The room was awful and not worthy of 4 stars, or even 3. Old gray dirty carpet was not to standard. Room Smelled badly upon arrival. Tiny closet size and musty! bathroom with clear water damage because of the wonky shower. A room with 3 beds needs a larger bath for sure. I asked for another room, but the only option felt like that of a hostel…small and dark and bad vinyl plank flooring (properties should not renovate to this material, it always feels cheap). We chose to keep wi does open for fresh air. Lobby needs an upgrade. This is another case where photos were taken years ago but do not represent the current condition of the property.

The location was excellent and it was a beautiful building. The garden was a lovely place to have breakfast or a late evening drink. The parking was also really useful.
