Chambre et emplacement vraiment génial.

fantastic staff, so welcoming and helpful, beautiful decor and orange blossom scent in the reception area. The architecturall details of the former abbey gave it a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere. We enjoyed an amazing breakfast buffet in a beautiful dining room. The hotel was in a great location in the town centre, in a quiet street. Our room was very clean , quiet, well insulated, spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the fridge and bottles of water. The bathroom was nice and spacious.

It's best to check with the hotel at time of booking if your room must be accessed via a flight of stairs after you exit the lift, if you have heavy luggage. We forgot to do that. Our room was facing the courtyard and was quite dark as a screen was used to protect privacy but it wasn't a problem for one night.

J’ai tout aimé, le seul problème, c’est comment y accéder en voiture pour déposer les bagages parce que tout le quartier en zone piétonne

Superb welcome from male check in staff member. In fact all the reception staff were very helpful but the male receptionist was adorable!

Emplacement, charme historique

The hotel was beautiful and unique. I didn’t know it was a 12th century convent when I booked it. The location was very conveniently located to walk anywhere. Aix- en-Provence is an excellent place.

We stayed one night and that made the shower situation bearable. Maybe making the shower head permanent like that of a rain shower would be the best fix. It’s very difficult to hold and wash.
