Warm onthaal. Mooi domein met twee zwembaden. Uitstekend restaurant en mooi ontbijtbuffet. Uiterst vriendelijke bediening.

Très bon accueil d'un professionnalisme inégalé par Dominique ce qui change du tout au tout avec notre séjour de la veille au Pré Gourmand à Eyragues ou la patronne devrait se reconvertir n'étant malheureusement pas du tout faite pour gérer les relations humaines.Revenons au Mas des Carassins endroit superbe avec 2 piscines d'un calme absolu.Les chambres sont irréprochables dîner très élaboré cuissons très maîtrisées.Un grand BRAVO au chef et son équipe.Tout le personnel est accueillant et souriant je tiens à le préciser car nous nous déplaçons très fréquemment et ce qui devrait être juste normal devient exceptionnel de nos jours.Encore merci à toute l'équipe nous reviendrons très volontiers.

The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The evening meal that is offered is well worth it.

We have been visiting this hotel for many years. It never disappoints and is our favourite hotel in France. Returned again this year with my wife and had another wonderful relaxing holiday. They also have many guests who return every year. Our room was lovely with a large bathroom. It was serviced every day and was always a pleasure to enter. We had dinner in the garden every night from a set menu devised by the chef Yvan. It was very good and excellent value. Locals also dined there which speaks for itself. The wine list was also extensive. We daily enjoyed relaxing by one of the pools in the sunshine. What makes this place so special is the environment created by the owners Pierre and Michel to ensure the guests have the best possible stay. They are ably supported by Karine, Marianne, Beatrice (who are wonderful ) and all the other staff. We have already booked to return in 2026!

The beauty, staff friendliness and food was way above our expectations. I did not know before that they offer dinner -we changed dinner plans to dine at hotel. I highly recommend to try this absolutely delicious dinner option. Thank you very much!
