Nous attendions un accueil plus chaleureux des propriétaires et une écoute aux petites remarques telles qu une glace plus accessible aux personnes de taille plus petite. Une meilleure literie et une climatisation en état de marche.

Bel emplacement et bel établissement.

Le comble d’un hôtel 3 étoiles : ne pas remplir sa fonction principale, à savoir : y dormir. Non seulement la climatisation n’a pas fonctionné pendant deux nuits très chaudes, mais surtout l’aération ne fonctionnait pas. Impossible de respirer dans la pièce. Obligés d’ouvrir les fenêtres et donc de s’exposer aux moustiques et au bruit de circulation très présents. Pour un hôtel de cette gamme, ne pas avoir de double vitrage aux fenêtres et surtout de pas proposer de geste commercial à des clients qui n’ont pas pu dormir est simplement inadmissible.
