"Should be good, except for 1 staff member"

Location is excellent and overall the hotel would be perfectly acceptable, except for the one male member of staff, who is completely rude and lacks any customer service ability.

There is a male member of staff who accused me of booking breakfast (we did not) and being a no-show. The conversation was ugly and completely unacceptable. I was left shocked by the encounter. The same person ran up to our car as we parked and demanded we move our car 30cm, even though there were no other cars!

Bitte achtet darauf, dass ihr keine doppelte Bezahlung durch vom Hotel geforderten blockierten Kreditbetrag (für Minibar usw) am Ende den Hotelaufenthalt doppelt bezahlt. Lasst euch den blockierten Kreditkartenbetrag unbedingt nachweisen! Durch Schaden wird man manchmal klug. In diesem Sinne. Klaus

Der vom Hotel geforderte blockierte Kreditkartenbetrag für eventuelle Nebenkosten, wobei dem Kunden kein Beleg ausgehändigt wurde und letztlich , obwohl die Bezahlung schon vorher über booking.com erfolgt war, das Hotel auch noch mal belastet hat.
