After battling traffic and a long day we arrived at 8:45 pm and were greeted by a very unfriendly receptionist who told us that we were too late for dinner (by 15 minutes). When we asked if we could just have some bread we were told in no uncertain terms NO! The "free WiFi" did not work in the room either.
