The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was great to be able to charge my car on the premises at a flat rate. The dinner was good with impressive service. The garden is a great place to sit and relax in the shade of beautiful trees.

The breakfast team were rather inexperienced. The breakfast coffee was not good.

Great location near the heart of town! Nice breakfast - though the reception failed to explain it was at additional cost.

The receptionist at checkin was very rude and sarcastic to us. Worst customer service of our trip. She wouldn't offer any restaurant recommendations or help call a taxi. The room smelled a bit musty but we opened the window to air it out. This stay fell short of our expectations for our stop in Cadillac. Room fridge was unplugged and when plugged in didn't work. The town itself was lovely.

Ausgezeichnetes Restaurant! Das Haus ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte eine Rundum-Erneuerung! Es liegt am Rande von Cadillac in einem wunderschönen Park.

Leider keine gute Käseauswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet, aber dafür einen ausgezeichneten Service!

Beds staff and cleaning- excellent. Really beautiful. Toiletries for 3 star hotel-really beautiful. I’m disabled, the staff helped me to garden. Above and beyond. Beautiful dessert. The grounds were stunning, with trees dating back that long. The pool was far down, but I’ll be prepared for that again. Basic decor but so clean. It beats some premium establishments on that. I loved being around those trees and peace for the most part.

The carpet needs changing in room. To the manager please provide milk sachet in room for tea/ coffee. Water in room. Vending machines for snacks, toothpaste paste. Other Europeans might like cooked eggs for breakfast. Air conditioners need to be on regularly at 34 degrees. I was a little sick there. It was really missing a snack machine for guests. My sheet was torn. More menu variation.
