Chambre propre

Chambre : Mercredi 27/05/26 : Taxi : J'ai envoyé un mail à l'hôtel pour prévenir que nous avions besoin d'un taxi le 29/05/26 à 8h30. Jeudi 28/05/26 fin de journée : 1. Douche : Etant donné qu'il faisait chaud, j'ai pris une douche à mon arrivée à l'hôtel = évacuation de l'eau se fait très très mal. J'ai prévenu le personnel et donné l'autorisation d'entrée dans la chambre pour trouver une solution. J'ai pris à nouveau une douche à notre retour du soir, et l'eau ne s'évacue toujours pas. Rien n'a été fait. 2. Taxi : J'ai rappelé que nous avions besoin d'un taxi le 29/05/26 à 8h30 Vendredi 29/05/26 : 1. Douche : Je préviens le personnel le lendemain matin pour le problème d'évacuation 2. Je rappelle à nouveau pour notre demande de taxi pour 8h30 et à nouveau problème de compréhension du personnel qui m'appelle au téléphone en croyant appeler le taxi. Au final, c'est un uber qui est appelé à la rescousse pour arriver en retard de notre demande. Service client : très moyen !

Hôtel confortable, avec une literie agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses, avec le nécessaire. Lors de notre séjour, aucune nuisance sonore. Le personnel était très agréable et serviable, le petit déjeuner copieux, bon et rempli régulièrement.

Une clim va devenir plus que nécessaire dans les chambres, nous avons eu très chaud avec la canicule de ce mois de mai, surtout dans la chambre à l'est. La propreté niveau poussière et joints dans la douche pourrait être améliorée.
