Le personnel est accueillant. La piscine.

Nous avons passé une nuit mais ça suffisait… Petite chambre, ainsi que la salle de bain (petite douche) L’air conditionné fonctionnait très faiblement… L’hôtel aurait besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement…

L'emplacement, le parking facilite de se garer, la piscine meme si nous n'en avons pas profité mais surtout le personnel au top et accueillant!

L'état de la chambre !!! Pour un 3 étoiles une réfection s'impose ! On a l'impression que l'entretien de la piscine se fait au détriment de la rénovation de l'hôtel. Et le petit déj....bien mais produits industriels et peu de diversité.

The location was near the tram.

The hotel was badly run. We had to try 8 room before we got a room where the bed wasn't slept in the night before. When we got to our room it was dirty in the middle of the night we found bed bugs in the room. We had 3 rooms on three different floors and we found bed bugs in every bed. We complained to the staff on duty and showed them the bed bugs. The staff were horrified to see them and agreed we couldn't go back in the room. The manger didn't answer the phone so we left in the middle of the night and had to ride to the ferry as we couldn't find a hotel. It has cost us all over £600 to get our gear fumigated. We are waiting for the hotel to confirm we will be getting a full refund and compensation for the fumigation. I would stay clear of this hole at all costs.
