Les Terrasses de Saumur Hotel & Spa

We stayed here for one night. Staff were friendly and check-in was quick, they had lots of parking. Our room was clean and a little old-fashioned. We had a strange sitting room/conservatory attached to our room... with very strange red and black curtains but it had air conditioning. We had dinner in the hotel... no menu's in English so we just took a guess at what we were ordering.... maybe that could be something for management to look at? Food was fine... we had some cocktails on the terrace on a sunny day and that was lovely. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice and clean. We had a nice quiet night with no problems and no noise. We had to wait to check-out due to high volume.

Excellent séjour, personnel à l'écoute et professionnel. Belle vue sur Saumur et environnement calme.

Parfait,seul chauffage ou / et Clim font du bruit

Sejour d'une nuit pour deplacement d'affaire, tres bien passé. Repas, nuitée, et personnel, bravo, tres bien. Aucun soucis, je reviendrais.

It was just perfect. The room had all confort and the view was just amazing. Newly studios for all comforts. The cherry on the cake Is the restaurant. We were welcomed by Benoit, the restaurant owner and he made our dinners the best experience in Saumur. He was kind and welcoming notably with our kid. A true family- run experience, we felt at home!

We stayed for one night on our way to the coast. We were shown to room 28: a triple room. Unfortunately the light switch for the stairs only worked from the bottom, so it was difficult going down in the evening. The room was clean and plenty of towels, but very strong air freshener had been used so we had to open the window. The windows are very old and need attention. The toilet was very low and did not have a strong flush. The single room lacked any natural light and was obviously built as a bathroom originally. We ate in the dining room which had a wooden decking floor so felt like we should be outside. The food was okay. I got lost trying to find reception as there was a curtain over the corridor and it didn’t look like a main exit. We were delighted by a superb breakfast the next day which was plentiful, fresh and delicious. Lots of parking at the hotel too.

Très bel hotel , belle déco, bien équipée ( piscine, fitness, sauna). Les plats proposés sont très bons et la pâtisserie est excellente. Le petit déjeuner est génial, beaucoup de choix et de qualité. Le personnel est très accueillant et est heureux de travailler dans cet établissement . J’ai hâte de revenir.

Très bon hotel. Nous avions loué un studio. Ils sont très bien équipés, la literie est excellente. Grande piscine chauffée avec une très belle vue sur Saumur et son chateau. Parking juste devant les studios. Seul hic, nous devions avoir un studio avec vue, et sur les 3 studios de l'hôtel, un seul n'a pas la vue, et c'est celui que nous avons eu. Par contre, le tarif est le même que les autres, je trouve ça regrettable de payer la même chose que les autres alors que les prestations ne sont pas les mêmes.

Séjour de deux nuits pour visiter les environs, qualité moyenne des chambres le manque d'entretien de l'ensemble des éléments en bois (planchers, séparations) est flagrant. La terrasse est très agréable et bien située pour autant, le petit déjeuner est bien.
