Nous avons eu la désagréable surprise d'avoir une chambre pour 2 personnes alors que nous avions réservé pour 3. Il n'y avait personne à l'accueil et pas moyen de joindre le numéro d'urgence... Après quelques frayeurs tout est rentré dans l'ordre .

Le personnel très gentil

Un luminaire clignotait, un autre était tellement faible que je ne pouvais pas lire. Etant arrivée à 20h, j'ai dû attendre le lendemain pour que tout soit réparé. Ce genre de problème ne devrait pas exister, tout devrait être vérifié en amont.
