The location was great. Close to the Cathedral, on a nice walking street. The food at the attached restaurant was very good and plentiful, and the service was great. The room was clean but a bit worn. The staff was helpful and courteous.

The room was small, and some of the lights didn't work. Our room was on the street side and a bit noisy.

Petit déjeuner agréable. Emplacement idéal pour visiter Reims.

Chambre sombre, vieillotte, mal éclairée, donnant sur un mur et sur le moteur de l’aération du restaurant, donc impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre à cause des odeurs et du bruit. En plus, des oreillers avec des petites taches de sang. Une catastrophe! Et quand nous nous sommes plaint, la réceptionniste nous a dit qu’il fallait demander une bonne chambre lors de la réservation ! Personnel pas très sympa. Nous n’y retrournerons pas !
