Das Personal war sehr freundlich und auch geduldig, wenn wir nicht sofort alles verstanden haben.

Wir brauchten länger, um das Hotel zu finden, da es in einer Fußgängezone liegt. Auch dass wir in einem öffentlichen Parkhaus parken mussten, war uns nicht klar. Natürlich waren Parkgebühren zu entrichten.

Super emplacement, le personnel est adorable et au petit soin. Merci encore.

Juste un petit bémol au niveau de la chambre, au niveau de la fenêtre nous étions à donc la vue pas top très proche d'un mur, juste à côté de la haute. Donc nous n'avons pas pu ouvrir la fenêtre car l'odeur était légèrement insupportable.

"It was a pleasant place to rest, location was terrific. My room was in the back so it was very quiet"

The room was small but functional and close to all the restaurants, easy from the train.

The elevator was under repair so it hindered some mobility.

It’s an ideal place to stay, centrally located with plenty of choices for lunch and dinner. All the tourist attractions in Reims are within walking distance. Notre Dame de Reims is 10 minutes to walk, the same distance from the Reims train station. The breakfast is better to take at Paul or Café du Palais. We stayed 3 nights and were very satisfied, triple room was quire spacious for France. Highly recommended.

The lift was very narrow, but that’s normal for old buildings; on the other hand, you can buy champagne everywhere, especially here at the hotel. And that’s wonderful.

"Prima hotel voor doorreis."

De bedden waren uitstekend. We hebben heerlijk geslapen. Badkamer was goed, met voldoende handdoeken, zeep sjampo, en fohn etc. De parkeergarage was top! Met nog reductie van het hotel. Parkeergarage in en uitgang kwam uit op de boulevard van het hotel! Personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

De kamers (op heen en terugweg) waren klein maar schoon. De vaste vloerbedekking is niet prettig te noemen (qua hygiene) Het ontbijt met afbakbroodjes (mini croissants en chocolade broodjes) viel wel tegen. Er was genoeg aan yoghurt, fruit, roerei met spek. Maar ik verwachtte geen mini afbakbroodjes. Jammer.
