Locatie tov centrum

Wat een teleurstelling dit hotel. Op de foto’s ziet het er allemaal prima uit, maar in de praktijk is dat totaal niet het geval. De parkeergarage is veel te smal, echt onhandig en stressvol om in en uit te rijden. Bij aankomst valt meteen op dat alles er verouderd en slecht onderhouden uitziet. De badkamer was ronduit smerig. De douchekop kon niet eens opgehangen worden. De voegen in de douche waren vies en er hingen zelfs spinnenwebben. In de ochtend bleek de douche ook nog eens koud. Vooral het vieze toilet hebben wij gemeld bij de receptie, inclusief foto. Er werd gezegd dat dit opgelost zou worden. Vier uur later, na een wandeling door de mooie stad en een diner, was het toilet nog steeds niet schoongemaakt. Onbegrijpelijk en respectloos richting gasten. Dit is gewoon ondermaats. Slechte service en totaal geen oog voor hygiëne. Voor ons reden genoeg om hier nooit meer terug te komen. Enige pluspunt is de ligging ten opzichte van het centrum. Dat is dan ook het enige positieve wat erover te zeggen valt.

"Bien placé par rapport à la gare, pas très loin du centre mais SDB à revoir!"

Ma chambre étant située sur l'arrière, le silence était roi! La gare est à proximité et il suffit de 20 minute à pied pour aller au centre-ville.

Le petit-déjeuner était exécrable: croissant rassi, pain mou, machine à café vide à mon arrivée, ... Il a fallu faire couler l'eau pendant 11 minutes chrono à fond pour avoir de l'eau chaude, inconcevable dans un contexte d'urgence climatique.
