"Not even 3 star."

Best thing was the location. Chaotic reception both at check in and check out. Smallest lift ever. Bathroom design hopeless. No wash basin, that was in the bedroom and sink would not empty. No dry hanging in bathroom only hooks within the shower cubicle. Bed sheets most uncomfortable, low friction under sheet which meant sheets would not stay in place. All in all great disappointment with simple management issues letting it down.

"Prestations très différentes pour le même type de chambre réservé au même tarif"

La gentillesse du personnel, le calme de la chambre et la situation dans le centre historique de Metz. Tarif négocié avec le parking public.

La chambre était minuscule avec le lavabo dans la pièce. Toute petite salle d'eau sans fenêtre avec la porte qui s'ouvre sur la personne utilisant le lavabo ! Patère pour la serviette de douche accrochée sur la porte côté chambre. A peine de quoi accéder au lit de chaque côté. Heureusement que nous n'avions pas descendu nos valises sinon nous n'aurions pas pu circuler dans la chambre. Enfin, une couette trop petite avec une housse trop grande et des taies d'oreillers trop petites pour les oreillers. Nous sommes loin d'un 4 étoiles ! Le côté historique de l'immeuble ne justifie pas un niveau de qualité inférieur à celui attendu pour un hôtel de cette catégorie sauf si spécifié au moment de la réservation (ce qui n'est pas le cas). Très déçus par la prestation où en toute logique à tarif équivalent les prestations fournies sont équivalentes.

La ubicacion muy buena. En pleno centro. El parking es cerca, muy accesible. El hotel muy lindo decorado, habitaciones muy cómodas. Precioso el lugar del desayuno.

Tolle Atmosphäre eines Grandhotels. Zimmer war groß und perfekt ausgestattet. Inklusive Minibar und Nespressomaschine. Hat 5 Sterne verdient. Bademäntel, extra Kissen… Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Sehr ruhiges Zimmer - wie gewünscht. Fantastische Lage in der Innenstadt. Plus Parkhaus-Sonderpreis.

Elegante, accogliente, centrale, pulito e al desk un'operatrice parlava anche Italiano ed e stata molto gentile ad assistere per le più svariate richieste come ad esempio contattare un elevato numero di parrucchieri.
