Moquette nel pavimento che purtroppo non lascia buon odore nella camera.

Globalement, mon séjour s’est bien passé et l’hôtel est agréable. Je tiens particulièrement à remercier la réceptionniste présente le matin de mon arrivée, qui a été très gentille et a accepté de garder ma valise jusqu’à mon retour le soir. En revanche, l’accueil lors de la récupération de ma valise et de ma chambre a été décevant. La réceptionniste présente à ce moment-là s’est montrée peu aimable et a utilisé un ton désagréable. Lorsque je lui ai posé une question, elle m’a répondu de manière sèche en me demandant d’attendre qu’elle termine avec sa collègue. Nous avons attendu plus de cinq minutes, puis elle est partie sans nous apporter d’assistance. Heureusement, sa collègue a ensuite pris le relais et nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme. Grâce à elle, la situation a été réglée rapidement. Mis à part cet incident à la réception, tout le reste était satisfaisant.

We booked this hotel for the air conditioning as the weather was extremely hot. We had previous bad experiences in places without air conditioning and were looking forward to having a room we could comfortably sleep in. However when we arrived we were told that the air conditioning had stopped working for all rooms. The hotel had made no previous effort in warning us of this despite knowing the extreme temperatures caused by the heatwave. We slept extremely uncomfortably and we had a dog with us who suffered badly from the heat. By the time we arrived and were made aware of this inconvenience it was too late to book another hotel and the payment for this one was non refundable.

False advertisement - no AC offered whatsoever, despite being advertised online. The staff were very comfortable with multiple fans at the front desk but seemed to have none available for guests. I was originally given a dirty room that hadn’t been prepared whatsoever by housekeeping. Because of this, I had to downgrade my room from a balcony to a cheaper room because that’s all that was available. Of course no refunds suggested. I struggled to get a taxi leaving the property, and front desk attempted to call a phone number but after no answer after one attempt they were no further help. Construction was happening outside my building making it very loud and noisy. There was hair all over my ‘clean’ room, including literally clusters of bugs of some sort crawling on the walls, bed, desk - everywhere. I did not sleep whatsoever in this room, I merely waited for enough time to pass so that I could leave for my flight. Awful experience. Staff were friendly enough, but less than helpful.

Geen airco. Alles was stuk. Van licht tot airco tot tv tot.

Brak klimatyzacji w hotelu. Okna drzwiowe otwierane bezpośrednio na parking, więc żeby nie spać w dusznym pomieszczeniu trzeba wyznaczać warty.

1 sola persona hablaba español y no estaba todos los días. No podíamos comunicarnos para solicitar algún servicio y no les interesaba saber q necesitábamos. Simplemente nos ignoraban.
