"Personne a l’accueil "

Nous sommes arrivés vers 13:45h il n’y avait personne à l’accueil, un badge nous a permis d’entrer et d’accéder à la chambre J’avais réservé 2 chambres avec un lit double et des lits jumeaux ds l’autre chambre mais les 2 chb avaient des lits doubles. N’ayant personne à l’accueil je n’ai pas pu en discuter avec une personne de l’hotel

"Nuit blanche"

Un bon accueil, personnel pro, hotel propre. Mais une nuit blanche causée par d autes clients qui courent dans les couloirs, claquent les portes, crient et chantent de 2heures à 7 heures 30 et cela malgré l intervention de la Police. Même en présence de la Police, les jeunes passaient par les fenêtres et s agitaient sur le parking. Malgré la situation, aucune présence de la direction, aucune instruction donnée à la personne de l accueil. Aucun geste sur les petits dejeuners ou autre .
