We stayed at this hotel on 23rd September 2025 in a family room. The only positive was the late self-check-in, which was quick and convenient. Unfortunately, the rest of our stay was very poor. The entire hotel, including the lobby and our room, had an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke — it seemed ingrained in the walls and ceilings. We had specifically booked a non-smoking family room as we were travelling with our 3-month-old and 3-year-old, but the smell made it impossible to rest. My wife and son felt sick from it, and I was extremely concerned about exposing our baby to passive smoke. The room itself was as described in terms of layout (basic but with the right number of beds), however the smoky environment completely ruined our stay. None of us slept well, and we were too exhausted to continue with our travel plans the next day. If you are a non-smoker or travelling with children, I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel.
