L’emplacement et la vue au petit déjeuner

Chambre au rez de chaussée parait peu spacieuse. Énorme blatte morte dans la chambre. Propreté moyenne de la salle de bain à l’arrivée.

J'ai tout apprécié : plage, chambre, spa, diner et le personnel est très agréable soucieux d'un service impeccable, il est aussi à l'écoute de vos besoins et il sait s'adapter facilement à toutes situations.

Tout est bien sauf le personnel - excepté la jeune fille à l’accueil qui sauve l’honneur et qui a eu une attention marquée à l’égard de mon chien, merci à elle, qui était charmante

Tromperie sur la marchandise : j’ai fait (car obligée !) un changement de dates de réservation. L’établissement m’a indiqué qu’il n’appliquerait aucun supplément mais celui-ci m’a été appliqué à la sortie SANS explication. Lamentable.
