The staff were a very friendly.

The hotel and our room were incredibly dirty. Carpet looked very old and had not been vacuumed. Bathroom was horrid. The sink and shower tray had not been cleaned from previous guests, as there were dirt stains and hairs. Overall, was not a good stay.

The staff were very nice and helpful, although there were some language difficulties.

With all the reviews, we have the feeling that we stayed in the wrong hotel. Unfortunately it was anything but clean, the shower tray was dirty, the carpet had obviously not been vacuumed beforehand. It also smelled extremely of room odour, which we found annoying. We then had to put the bottle on the balcony at night. I really don't know where the high rating from previous guests comes from, I can't explain it. It's a shame because, as I said, the staff were very nice and the location of the hotel is really beautiful.

L'hotel est correct, nous étions dans la partie Spa, les chambres manquent de charme, la piscine est minuscule. Le personnel du restaurant n'était pas à la hauteur, nous avions l'impression de déranger, dommage car le menu était de bonne qualité. Le petit déjeuner était de mauvaise qualité.

Le petit déjeuné pourrait être plus étoffé et certaines pâtisseries semblaient un peu sèches.

L’endroit est sympa , les chambres très propre. Le Spa qui semble pourtant récent mériterait d’être mieux entretenu. Le repas délicieux et très abordable…. Dommage que le service ne soit pas du tout à la hauteur.

Très bon séjour, très bien accueilli puis dîner délicieux, j'y reviendrai avec plaisir
