De ontvangst van de hoteleigenaar, communiceerde alleen in het Frans , wilde ons niet verder helpen met parkeerlocatie

Zentrale Lage zur Innenstadt. Morbider Charme des Hause.

Der Concierge war weder bereit noch befähigt englisch zu sprechen.

Emplacement super. Confort correct.

De receptionist was vreemd eerst konden we niet om 7.00 uur ontbijten en daarna toch. Hij was zeer onvriendelijk tegen andere mensen die niet gereserveerd hadden.

Nothing, we did not stay

I wanted to have a nice hotel for our wedding anniversary. Saint Jean came up as pet-friendly in the search engine. At the time of booking l stated, that we were travelling with 2 small dogs. 5 minutes after booking l received a call from the hotel that our room did not allow dogs. Obviously we cannot leave dogs in the car overnight and l tried to cancel. I was informed, quite rudely, that it was not his problem, l was not entitled to cancel and to contact booking.com, then he hung up. A hotel is either pet-friendly or is not. They did not supply the room l booked, therefore l want any money they took off my card refunded!
