Pokój który mimo rezerwacji został zarezerwowany dla innej osoby. Uwaga hotel najprawdopodobniej stosuje zasadę overbooking. Pani na recepcji z szyderczym uśmiechem informuje od progu że nasz pokój jest zajęty. Brak jakichkolwiek propozycji alternatyw ani prób znalezienia noclegu w pobliżu w innych hotelach. Noc niestety spędzona w samochodzie ponieważ o 23:00 nie było żadnych innych hoteli w pobliżu. Ten hotel to dno!
