Grand Hôtel Du Parc - Teritoria

A really beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Aix-les-bains village. The hotel and the rooms were really nicely decorated. The staff were really available, professionnal and kind. The cocktail and tapas bar was lovely and the staff were so kind.

I think the breakfast buffet could have been a bit bigger and better for the price (23€/person). Considering we are in Summer, the fruit salad and fruit platter could have been a bit fresher with more choice. Also, we arrived at about 9:30am and we couldn’t find plates or tea pots to put hot water in.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. What impressed me most was their problem-solving attitude – whenever I needed assistance, they handled everything quickly and efficiently with a smile. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the team genuinely made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. The hotel was comfortable, well-maintained, and provided a great overall experience. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

We drove ourselves. We enjoyed our stay and the staff was GREAT! I would like to know the brand and details of the bed. It was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. Please let me know via email!

Our room was on the 4th floor so the ceiling was a little low in the corners and a beam was in the way. My wife hit her head a few times. If we stay again we will make sure we have a regular ceiling.
