Surtout l'accueil et le personnel, juste exceptionnels.. en France.. L'hôtel a beaucoup charme, et est très bien placé Petite chambre, mais très cosy et propre. Situation idéale Restaurant gastronomique, avec service impeccable Qualité du SPA Beaucoup mieux qu une chambre dans une chaîne d'hôtellerie internationale **** !

Parking vraiment très étroit et places riquiquis!

הגענו בשעה 15:00 אחרי לילה ארוך , הצוות לא ניסה לעזור להכין לנו משהו לאכול או לשתות. שלחו אותנו להסתובב באיזור - כמובן הכל היה סגור. חוסר רגישות בנוסף טלויזיה מקולקלת אף אחד לא ידע לתקן.

Hôtel avec beaucoup de charme, beaux espaces, belle décoration. Accès au spa gratuit. Petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité. Salle de restaurant très agréable. Bonne situation dans Aix.
