Please note that the restaurant is only open for lunch from 1 June to 30 September. Lunch cannot be served from 1 October until 31 May. Please note that the credit card used for booking and proof of ID must be shown upon check-in. For stays of more than 3 nights, the amount of the first night will be pre-authorised on the credit card. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Casa Bianco Restaurant: Open from 7 pm to 9:30 pm, Wednesday to Sunday April: Restaurant closed (except for breakfast) Room Service: 7 days a week from 6 pm to 10 pm Pure Altitude Spa: Open daily from 10 am to 8 pm Treatments not available in April Outdoor Pool: Reopening on 05/01/2025 (weather permitting) Pool Bar open from 06/16/2025 to 09/14/2025 inclusive. "Bien situé, accessible facilement, calme."

Le calme de l'hôtel (la saison n'avait pas encore vraiment commencé - le restaurant ne fonctionnait pas encore). Le petit déjeuner abondant et varié. La vue sur le massif du Mont-Blanc. La localisation à quelques minutes de la gare du TER - les hôtes bénéficiant d'une carte de transport gratuite pour la durée de leur séjour.

Zwar nicht mitten in Chamonix, aber mit der kostenlosen Bahnverbindung nur 2 Stationen ins Zentrum. Parkplätze kostenlos und das Schwimmbad mit Blick auf den Mount Blanc ist grandios.

O hotel é ótimo, instalações de quarto ótimas. Muito confortável e café da manhã simplesmente perfeito!

Único ponto seria a localização, um pouco distante do centro, necessitando pegar um ônibus ou trem.

Hotel is a little out of toy, if you have a car that’s ok. Free parking out the front. Rooms were nice size and comfortable. Disappointed the restaurant wasn’t open on the evening, but managed to find one in the town. Breakfast was ok.

Only one person on reception seemingly doing everything, no bar open and receptionist made the hot chocolate which she obviously doesn’t do very often

Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Schöne Lage. Man kann toll auf der Hotelterrasse sitzen mit Blick über den Pool auf den Mont Blanc. Bahnhof nur 5 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt. Der Zug z.B. nach Chamonix oder in die andere Richtung zum Wandern ist in der Gästekarte enthalten. Preisleistungsverhältnis ist gut (günstige Preise, da Restaurant und Spa wegen Renovierung geschlossen waren).

Teilweise wirkt das Hotel ein wenig abgewohnt. Insgesamt überwiegt aber ein schöner, stimmiger Gesamteindruck.

"Shout out to Robert!"

The staff on reception were really nice and helpful. We had an issue with our tyre and Robert went out if his way to help in his own time to get a replacement so we could continue our journey! We have stayed several times in the past and staff like Robert make us want to stay again in future.

Clean and comfortable for a reasonable price. Friendly and efficient staff.

The pool was closed. The location is about five minutes drive from Chamonix. Parking is free but limited.
