Easy to get around, very helpful and friendly staff, felt looked after and they even gave me a train ticket, there pastries were good and they even had a basket at the front desk which was thoughtful.

Spa could’ve been a tad bit hotter, liked the discounted rate earlier in the day but also understandable with less foot traffic.
