Chalet Hôtel Le Prieuré & Spa

Had mountain view rooms. Loved the balcony. Rooms were well appointed and while not large, had everything you needed. Nespresso coffee service was appreciated as were the nice quality towels. Bedding was comfortable. I did not know how to control the thermostat, tho. Concierges were very helpful and friendly. Loved that they provided a refillable carafe for water which I filled at the dispenser down the hall.

Only negative was that guests in a room above me decided to party half the night so that prevented a good night's sleep.

We stayed here May 2026 for our honeymoon and booked the “Double room - Superior with balcony and Mont-Blanc view”. We ended up checking out early to stay in a nicer place. - We were given a room with two twin beds - The view was almost entirely blocked by the building next door - The front desk workers were cold and lacked information on nearby attractions - The breakfast was barely edible and definitely not worth the price - Traffic sounds from the street keep you up

A wonderful mountain hotel. The rooms are spacious, with a beautiful view of Mont Blanc, and the beds are comfortable. It’s just a few minutes from Aiguille du Mont Blanc and the historic district. The breakfast is fabulous. You’re entitled to two hours of spa access per day.

Check-in is a bit late (at 4:00 p.m.), but you can leave your luggage at the front desk and go for a walk around town. The spa area is a bit small for such a large hotel, but it’s relatively quiet between noon and 2:00 p.m.

Spectacular views from the hotel balcony , exceptional service from staff always willing to give tips on places to walk, hike, eat in accordance with the weather . I highly recommend an evening at the caberet night at La Folie Douce Dinner & Cabaret Show you can get a theee course meal as part of the package or turn up for drinks and cocktails a little earlier 7pm-9pm . The spa at the hotel was small but it was quiet , I recommend booking a time slot , but we went I. may and it was empty a few times so we got extra sessions on there . The gardens outside are lovely and outdoor sauna is an intimate touch. The bar area is cozy and atmospheric , yet all of this was still child friendly too. The location is superb absolutely beautiful with plenty to see and do

Loves it all

Very close to center of Chamonix. Very clean and wide room, facilités. Even Jacuzzi was included in the price.

Price was a bit high

Ich könnte NIEMALS in diesem Hotel Skiferien machen! Es hat GAR KEINEN Platz für Gepäck. Man hat sich ja schon an einiges gewöhnt in Hotels, aber für ein Skigebiet nicht tragbar. Eine Kleiderstange mit 5 Kleiderbügeln für Jacken und alles andere! Kein Regal, nix! Wir mussten tatsächlich alles auf den Boden schmeissen! Ok, wir hatten ein Behindertenzimmer, vielleicht hat es in einem anderen Zimmer noch ein halbes Regal - aber für mich ist das ein schrecklicher Trend,
