Chambre spacieuse avec très belle vue sur le lac et petit balcon avec petite table et deux chaises (chambre n*33). Nous avons pu avoir notre chambre avant l’heure du checking ce qui a été très arrangeant pour nous. Merci.

Pas de chauffage (novembre) ça caillait dans la chambre! Odeur de moisi.

Emplacement et le calme et la propreté

Sauf … Suite à un incident qui s’est produit dans la chambre 32 lors de mon séjour, j’ai demandé à la réception de pouvoir faire une réclamation. Nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude et force est de constater ce que nous avons découvert en ouvrant le robinet de la baignoire, choquant !!! On attendu plus de 15 minutes. Sans appel. Nous avons pu nous doucher le lendemain en laissant couler et l’eau était encore jaunâtre. Je ne pensais pas pour une première visite d’Évian de tomber sur de l’eau jaune dans ma chambre d’hôtel! Mail du 08/10/25 sans réponse à ce jour 👏
