Arrived late and reception was super helpful organizing a pizza delivery and a cup of tea in the room.

Petit weekend en famille avec un bébé de 1 an, l hôtel correct,petit déjeuner basic mais personnel gentil qui nous a laissé la possibilité de visiter 2 chambres pour choisir la plus spacieuse pour le lit de bébé.il y a un complexe piscine patinoire à 200m à pied et Rouen est à 20minutes qui soit dit en passant est une très belle ville.

The staff were surly unhelpful and unsmiling. It said in the reception counter that they spoke English but they seemed unwilling to do so. If we had not been able to speak and understand some French it could have proved quite difficult

3-Bettzimmer eng, besondern Naßzelle u WC, Jugendherbergscharakter aber sauber, für eine Nacht durchaus genügend, bei leichtem Schlaf ist Schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster durch Nähe zur stark befahrenen Straße nicht möglich.

From an American traveling in Europe most hotels you come across are less than you would expect back home. Having said that, this hotel which we found with our smart phone's hotel app wasn't bad at all. Maybe a little small but it had everything we needed. The room was clean and the wireless Internet worked on the top floor. The hotel has a nice restaurant on site which locals come to apparently. The staff's English was poor, and our French was even worse. At least the staff was friendly and courteous!

Hotel was basic but just what we needed. The room was clean and for the money we paid was fine. Shower was really good!

Used for 1 night on our way South. Clean and comfortable. Free internet was useful. Staff were very friendly and the restaurant was good. No air conditioning was the only down side on a very hot night. Child's bed was high, reached by ladder, and therefore very hot. We had to move the mattress on to the floor. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and good quality if a little pricey with no child reduction. Recommended for a stop over.

Hotel was reasonable and convenient for travel. However as with many French Hotels the breakfast is a scam, it was particularly poor in this hotel with small amouints of bread, had to chase the staff for more and also cheese! 7 Euros is a scandal for this!
