What a fabulous find! The hotel was right out in the country and had spectacular grounds. The staff were efficient and helpful and went out of their way to provide us with a meal suitable for a vegetarian. The Lounge and Dining room were lovely but as the weather was very hot, we dined on the terrace, which was perfect. We were on the top floor and the room was very hot, there was a fan provided. We would definitely stay there again if in the area, but would request a cooler room on the floor below!

It’s close to the champagne areas

It is really outdated, small bed, very dusty because the use off carpets, curtains, wallpaper. The bathroom was so small you have to take turns

The location

I have stayed in this property many times and was extremely disappointed with this stay. The hotel seems like it has been abandoned. Services are very limited (impossible to order a drink at the bar at 6pm) and the staff were very restricted in their responses to our requests (needed to pre-order choice of juice and hot drink for breakfast that day before !!

This chateau is not a special place apart for the garden. The rooms are big but not very nice, so is the bathroom. There is no shower, only hand shower. The amenities are very poor. Breakfast is a continental standard, and dinner less then standard. They didn't offer even a bottle of water in the room for free.
