Hotel initial by balladins Roissy CDG / Saint-Mard

Pros - - Our expectations of the rooms were very low for the price we paid/previous reviews, however we were definitely surprised! Modern rooms, clean, comfortable beds, bathroom nice and clean. - Quick and easy check in/check out - Car park very large and a space is always guarenteed - Staff are very polite and friendly - Surrounding areas are packed full of different restaurants, all within walking distance. Cons - - NOISY! Depending on what day you stay, you get a range of other guests. During the week there are a lot of quiet workmen. On the weekend you get noisy guests coming in from a night out and early risers (3am onwards) to get a flight from CDG. There is also a motorway right next door which is consistent, a takeaway car park where youths will insist on having loud car meets, and the obvious flight path into CDG. If you do stay - bring ear plugs! - Breakfast not advertised on site - Rooms extremely small. Ok for a couple for a few nights, but not suitable for families. - Communial areas are very tatty and dated. - Car park is not locked - Hotel room doors are old and only shut properly when slammed. I didnt feel very safe in the room as all rooms are accessed from the street rather than via the concierge. - Windows can open all the way (even on the 1st floor!) With no safety locks. Its ok for adults but not young children. - The fire extinguishers in block 1 were last checked in 2017. No fire alarms in the rooms. - No overnight concierge/emergency line

L'hôtel est vieillissant, les sols sont comme du papier , on entend tout partout. On se lave les dents assis sur les toilettes, on se douche la porte de la cabine ouverte, sinon impossible, le lavabo n'était pas propre, ni la table de nuit ( traces de verre ou je ne sais quoi) mais j'imagine que le tarif payé vaut la chambre que l'on a eu. Au téléphone, l'accueil a été très agréable. Nous avons récupéré les clés à la borne à l'extérieur, c'est plutôt pratique. Pour une nuit en dépannage c'est suffisant mais je n'y passerai pas deux nuit. Des amis on pris le petit dej, et par soucis d'économie il faut commander à l'avance ce que vous désirez manger.

Let’s be honest. The rooms are TINY! This is a one night stay. Seems recently refreshed. Did I say TINY?!?! Like, it’s turn sideways to pass another person! It is over-priced. We had some points which made it OK. Without them…no way!!! On a great note, there’s a buffet a short walk away that is truly a LARGE cut above the usual. Well worth the person cost. Sorry I don’t remember its name but it is a couple minute walk or drive.

Personnel accueillant et efficace, mais chambre, douche, salle d'eau, lit, trop petits. Gouttière cassée, donc ruissellement au dessus de l'entrée et bruits. Douche 60 x 60 ! Seul avantage: le prix. Hôtel à éviter car tout en bois, ressemble à un grand mobil home en bois, que du bois qui grince quand vous marchez. La prochaine fois je monterai de gamme car cet hôtel mal entretenu ne mérite pas le détour, de plus survolé par une multitude d'avions en phase d'atterrissage. Mais petit dejeuner impeccable et personnel attentionné et efficace.

L'hôtel est confortable et propre,le personnel est présent et sympathique. Ce qui m'as étonné c'est qu'il n'y a pas de garde corps au niveau des fenêtres de notre chambre. Chambre 203.Un peu dangereux.
