Hotel initial by balladins Roissy CDG / Saint-Mard

The lady that was on duty for the first 4 days of our stay was very nice, but the slim man on duty on Friday 5th that took over from her was very rude, not nice, he doesn’t know how to relate to customers. He’s not fit to work there, that guy should be sacked.

The first 5 days was ok, but I extended one more day and the new receptionist a man was very rude, not helpful he seemed to have attitude problem.

I arrived injured after falling off my bike. The hotel is like and old american motel. The rooms are basic but clean with lots of parking. Breakfast the usual french fare. The staff could not have been more helpful in providing bandages and pointing out local amenities, of which there are not many within walking distance! By car there are more.

Très bon accueil . Voisins sans gêne bruyant parlent et rient fort en début de nuit , hôtel mal insonorisé .

J'ai bien aimé le quartier car beaucoup de proximités intéressantes. Mais beaucoup de choses que je n'ai pas aimé notamment le manque d'isolation car on entendait le bruit provenant des autres chambres. Le manque de confort surtout le matelas et les oreillers... etc...

Hôtel qui nécessite d’être rénové ( porte d’entrée bombée qui laisse passer l’air et la lumière)

Etape sur la route, hôtel sympa près de l’autoroute. Fast food, restaurant et station essence à proximité

Facilité d acces, bon pdj, chambre propre. Bâtiment vétuste. Bon rapport qualité/prix

Après 1/2 heure, les spots de la salle d'eau se sont éteints…..et jamais rallumés.
