La amplitud de la habitacion, la limpieza, el colchon y el aseo y sobre todo la atencion, amabilidad,simpatia y profesionalidad de la recepcionista Camil. Un 10.

La falta de mas enchufes en la habitacion, sobre todo al lado de la cama.

From the moment we checked in our stay was wonderful. The young receptionist was delightful. As well as being very welcoming she provided us with a wealth of information regarding eating places, attractions to visit within Albi, beautiful villages to visit outside Albi and how to make the most of our visits to popular tourist places such as the cathedral and museums.

Un personnel vraiment adorable et aux petits soins. L'organisation d'une soirée foot avec un grand écran pour la coupe du monde ! Le charme de l'hôtel et sa proximité immédiate de la vieille ville. Le petit déjeuner.

Chambre spacieuse et claire, bien fraîche Petit déjeuner dans une jolie salle à manger donnant sur un jardin. Établissement bien tenu avec des meubles anciens chinés qui donnent une atmosphère art déco très agréable.

Great location to visit Albi with a good choice of bars and restaurants. Rooms are clean and functional and the hotel has private parking which is great

Not a great welcome from one of the receptionists when we arrived ......have just driven 450 kms ! The other receptionists was charming and very helpful
