The pool area was great. Kids could touch the bottom which meant we could relax, & wasn’t busy could always manage a lounger. Massage was great, very pleasant lady!

The lady that checked us in said there was no parking available, even though we booked the hotel on the basis there was ‘on site parking’ not sure this is the hotel or a booking.com issue. Maybe needs to be more clear that it has to be booked separately, and also that’s it £30 per night to park. We managed to park on the street about 10 mins away, which isn’t ideal in 35 degree heat with lots of luggage. We tried to book a massage in the evening around 9:30pm when we’re heading back to our room for the night, and the same lady said I’d have to ask staff in the morning as she finished at 12pm and didn’t have time :/ The next morning we asked the different member of staff on reception about parking, and she said there was in fact parking available & couldn’t understand why we had been told otherwise. When you’re paying £30 a night to park I can’t see why we were refused it- very strange. This second, very helpful reception attendant also booked us a massage and was all round great! Parking was fine & secure once we managed to get in it.

Abbiamo fatto questa prenotazione con 2 camere anche perchè le foto mostavano delle ampie finestre sul soffitto, tipo mansarda, dove si sarebbe potuto vedere le stelle. Ci hanno dato una camera al pianterreno con delle finestre normali, la prima camera era praticamente nel soggiorno senza una porta che la separasse dal resto, la seconda camera era cosi piccola che ci stava appena un con letto a castello, piu che una camera sembrava uno sgabuzzino, sicuramenta non adatta per degli adulti. Foto ingannevoli.
