La Bastide De Tourtour & Spa Hôtel

Nous avons célébré notre anniversaire notre mariage dans ce très bel établissement Le site est magnifique, certes les chambres ne sont pas forcément au goût du jour , mais tout est propre , le service et personnel très agréable Le spa est superbe, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir PS : Le village de Tourtour à 5 minutes à pied de l'hôtel est plein de charme

The hotel is really good, with beautyful surroundings! It has a great swimmingpool and you can enjoy a peaceful spa, but the restaurant had deserved a better menu.

The hotel is set in beautiful grounds with amazing views across the French countryside. Food was very good and staff were both friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and had air conditioning. An excellent place to stay for a relaxing break.

Overall: disappointing. Whilst the hotel in theory ticks off all boxes for an exclusive 4-star hotel this appears to be a facade. A few examples: building looks ancient but appears more like a eighties concrete construction at a closer look, our room (23) had not been renovated for years, hotel has a noisy old aircon on the roof which can be heard in the room, hotel is filled with odd decor including quite awful paintings. Furthermore, hotel staff appear demotivated and indifferent, perhaps recognising that change is required at this hotel. Another odd thing is hotel seems best suited for smaller people: bed is not 200cm long, toilet is very low, lamps from ceiling hanging at a high of around around 170cm, branches from trees providing shade on terrace at height at around 180cm. Whilst I appreciate that cost level in Cote Azur is high and that we opted for the cheapest “comfort room”, pricing of the hotel is off-market.

Inconvénients: mauvaise isolation phonique dans les chambres. Tous les bruits des voisins ont été entendus toute la nuit. il n'était donc pas possible de dormir et de se reposer bien. il n'y a pas d'accessoires habituels dans la salle de bain (coton disk, chapeau, savon solide, etc.). malheureusement, il n'y a ni bouilloire ni machine à café dans la chambre. Points positifs: bel endroit et bon petit déjeuner.

La Bastide offre une vue imprenable sur la forêt, l'hôtel dispose d'un spa fabuleux, le personnel de l'établissement y est attentif et chaleureux. Pour les amoureux de calme et de nature un endroit à ne pas rater.

un lieu tout simplement splendide

3 jours et 2 nuits en chambre prestige, la vue est impressionnante et magnifique ! Petit déjeuner sur le balcon privatif avec une vue magique. Personnel hyper agréable, et équipements à la hauteur du lieux tout comme le spa ! Je recommande vivement cette magnifique bastide ! Seul point « négatif » le prix du petit déjeuner avoisinant les 20 euros.
