Hôtel Central

The location is very close to the train station. One of staff (female) was very helpful. The room wasn't what we booked for. The following day she changed the room to a bigger room in the ground level with fridge. I think the hotel must be flexible for the guests.

One of the staff is not supportive. I booked 2 twin beds with a fridge but we were given a double bed, without fridge. He said it's what I booked for!.The 1st night room was terrible with old carpet. We are seniors so climbing the narrow & steep staircase was a real challenging.

Very very tiny room

Location excellent. Short walk from Avignon Centre Station. Walking Old Town within the walls easy. The room was quiet even though it overlooked the main pedestrian street. Breakfast was included in our deal and there was plenty of variety (no hot food). Good to have some cereal, yoghurt and fresh fruit after a week of chasing breakfast at boulangeries! Coffee machine & juice machine to use.

There was nothing we didn’t specifically like however a few little things could have improved. The room safe was locked when we arrived and even though reported no one came to open so we could use. The kettle did not turn off unless unplugged from wall.. was in fact empty & hot when we arrived. Reported it but needs addressing as it’s probably a fire hazard.

淋浴间下水不太好，洗完澡水流了一地。早餐一般般相比价格性价比不高，早餐品种少，没有鸡蛋

Personnel était aux petits soins pour nous, ils nous ont trouvé un emplacement sécurisé pour mettre nos deux vélos. La chambre était confortable et l’hôtel était bien situé en centre-ville.

Great location within the city walls, close to food and drink, yet quiet at night. Helpful and friendly staff whio ensured our bikes were safe fir the night.
