Accueil dans les regles de l art. Cest le seul hotel qui prends une garantie via carte de bancaire... Chambre convenable. Parking de devant un peu juste pour tout le monde. J ai du aller me garer sur le second parking plus eloigne.

Location Very Good, Room + Bathroom OK Spacious, Reception Knowledgeable & Efficient. Parking Garage costs Euros 14.90 per 24 Hours, No Lift from Hotel to Parking (only Stairs), Toilet Seat Falls Down Constantly, Shower Glass Door too Short and Makes Everywhere Fully Wet, Lack of Amenities (such as NO Slippers + Toothbrushes), Daytime Renovation Noise, Rooms can Easily Hear Hallway Noises from other Guests.

Hôtel au calme, chambre propre au design actuel, personnel discret et attentionné. Le restaurant propose de très bons plats/menus aux tarifs abordables, et c'est c'est un vrai plus, vu le peu de restaurants à Vittel (8mn de route). Piscine très bien, quoique pas testée cette année (on a assez trempé aux Termes de Vittel ;o) ) Seuls bémols : Petit déjeuner assez simple (mais de qualité). TV assez petite dans le chambre (mais vient-on pour la TV ?) Au final, c'était notre 3ème venue, sans surprise, nous y retournerons !

Hotel très mal insonorisé pour un 3*, petit déjeuner avec machine automatique, point positif la piscine!

Bon hôtel de façon général avec un salle de restaurant sympathique, un service correct. Seul petit hic : le chauffage de la chambre avait été positionné trop haut avant notre arrivée et il a été difficile de dormir avec une température aussi élevée dans a chambre

Hôtel de charme, propre, calme, mais petit wifi, petite chambre, petite télé posé sur un mur sur le côté du lit, Bonjour le torticolis le matin....

Intill hotellet finns ett grönområde. Utmärt läge och en perfekt plats att rasta hundar.

We regret booking this hotel. From the photo, it looked fabulous, but we had some serious issues with the room which was directly underneath the hotels rubbish bins so when we opened the window in the evening ( as there was no airconditioning and the temperatures were boiling in the room ), a disgusting strong smell from the bins came into the room. We complained to the staff in reception and he shrugged his shoulder and said there is nothing he could do. Also, the food in the restaurant was awful. I ordered the sausage which turned out to be full of animal intestines and the smell was terrible. It was the first time that I had ordered a meal and not eaten any of it. I then ordered the beef skewers, which turned up so tough and chewy that I left them too. Not a nice hotel at all and a great disappointment. Finally, they overcharged us and I am now challenging the hotel for additional sums that have appeared on my credit card statement !!

Hotel looks nice and clean. Only minus was that our air-con in the room did not work and all the staff could do was place a fan in our room. They first tried to deny the aircon was broken and then came with an insufficient solution. Good food in in hotel restaurant at decent prices.

We thought we were in the middle of no where then suddenly the Hotel appears. Staff were very friendly hotel was clean breakfast was very basic but for an overnight stay was ok for us.
