Arena Hôtel La Défense

The place claims that they offer AC. The first night when we checked in the front staff told me it was not working and that another room may be available to have it. The following morning the staff said it’s not turned on. And that since it’s the weekend they can’t have anyone from maintenance to turn it on for us. I asked if they had any fans as we felt as though the room was a bit warm but they did not have that and only suggested we leave the window open. I’ve asked other guests that was there too and they too were under impression there was supposed to be AC but their room also didn’t have it. If there isn’t AC offered at all time I don’t think it is right to advertise it as so.

The walk from the arena to the hotel is not across the street but 10 min. The walk also had me looking over my shoulder. There is a walk up of two flights to enter the hotel on the exterior of the building

Pour arriver jusqu’à l’hôtel il faut monter plusieurs escaliers car il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. Vraiment pas pratique si vous avez des bagages lourds et encore moins pratique si vous avez des problèmes aux genoux. L’accueil est glauque.

Dans l'ensemble, cela s'est bien passé. Personnel agréable. Cependant, l'accès à cet hôtel n'est pas très agréable. En entrant on est surpris. Cela étant, quand on voit les photos, on est légèrement déçu au vue des 4 étoiles. L'état des sols des parties communes est très vétuste. Concernant la chambre, cela est correcte à l'exception du mini bar qui est sale et qui ne fonctionne pas. pas de peignoir et un des jeux des serviettes dans le placard. On a l'impression que l'on était pas attendu moi et ma femme. Le petit déjeuner agréable. Attention cependant au visuel car la charcuterie était pour certain produit pas frais car noirci. Sinon, cela a été très agréable

La chambre était parfaite, très spacieuse et le lit également confortable. Par contre y avait un peu de cheveux sur le lit et des tâches dans la toilettes. Après mon séjour j’ai remonté ce que j’ai vu à mon arrivée et on m’a dit que j’aurait dù demander une autre chambre mais je ne savais pas que je pouvais. Je ferais ça la prochaine fois si jamais.

Hôtel sympa mais il faut y arriver !!! Des escaliers délabrés pour se rendre à la réception et avec une valise c’est franchement galère Dommage car une fois arrivée l’hôtel est plutôt bien et le personnel est très sympathique

Ok hotelli hintaansa nähden. Hyvä sijainti. Hotelli hieman kulahtanut ja vaatisi monilta osin päivitystä. Huone piti siivota itse lähtiessä. Lähes kaikki ohjeistus/paperit vain ranskan kielellä.

Silencieux, très propre, très bon service.
