INI did not like anything in the hotel. On contrary I found the hotel not safe for females as the door lock was also not good.
The room was dark nothing like shown on Booking.com, people smoking outside you can smell it in room as well. All night the noise of door slamming by other room next door was audible. I could hear the footsteps approaching in night, the bed cracking sound and felt like someone will come inside room. The door lock was not ok, I had to adjust for long to lock the door from inside. Bathroom door does not have locks. They say Wi-Fi, wardrobe and hairdryer facility in hotel, but nothing is there. No sound proofing done. Not safe for at least not for females. Even after saying the hotel is not safe and I want to checkout the people dont care and do not give refund. but they will offer another room to go through all this again which is not a solution. Booking.com does not help either.

Nous avions prévenu de notre arrivée tardive. Notre chambre avait été attribuée à notre nom à quelqu'un d'autre et comme il n'y avait plus personne à l'accueil, l'appareil de réservation à l'entrée nous a donné les accès pour une chambre qui était déjà occupée ! Heureusement que nous avons rencontré un client qui savait où dormait le personnel de garde qui a été réactif et nous a trouvé une autre chambre puis a réveillé le directeur qui a démélé l'imbroglio et a résolu le problème. Et aussi, nous avons vraiment peiné à trouver l'hôtel car à cette heure tardive, plus aucune lumière et la pancarte avec le nom de l'hôtel était cachée derrière des branches, et il y avait une autre pancarte avec un autre nom d'hôtel... Et le directeur n'avait une réservation que pour 2 personnes alors que notre mail de confirmation de réservation en indiquait bien trois !
